Amy has dedicated over two decades to the Da Vinci team. She holds degrees in Elementary Education (K-6) and Reading (K-12). Amy possesses a Level 1 certification in the Wilson Reading System and is a certified Dyslexia Practitioner. Her expertise extends to a variety of Orton-Gillingham-based programs, as well as evidence-based multisensory comprehension and writing programs. Amy is passionate about fostering collaborative relationships with teachers, empowering them to become dynamic problem-solvers when addressing the needs of struggling readers. She finds great satisfaction in the strong connections she builds with administrators, teachers, and students in her role at Da Vinci.In her free time, Amy enjoys long walks with her husband and dog, as well as her power-walking buddy. She also loves to cook and plan get-togethers, frequently entertaining family and friends.
