It has been a privilege to work with Da Vinci Collaborative to help enhance the schoolwide literacy initiatives at Skycrest Elementary. As the principal of the school, I have the privilege of witnessing the tremendous impact the work is having on instructional practices and student achievement.
Davinci Collaborative’s dedication to improving literacy outcomes is commendable. From the outset Ms. Fleming demonstrated a deep understanding of our students’ diverse needs and crafted a tailored approach to address those specific challenges. She worked collaboratively with our teachers and staff to create a cohesive and comprehensive plan aligned to the Science of Reading and our state benchmarks.
Ms. Fleming has been incredibly responsive and supportive during the collaboration process. Her fantastic communication skills and educational expertise, allow her to engage educators of varied backgrounds, years of experience and evolving needs.
I cannot praise Davinci Collaborative enough for the work they have done with our staff and look forward to our follow up professional development scheduled for this fall.
