Da Vinci is a multifunctional educational company that provides services that are designed to support the academic needs of the clients. The role of the Marketing & Sales Associate is to provide marketing and sales support to the organization.


Serve as a day-to-day marketing associate for all marketing campaigns including, and not limited to social media strategy, community management, activations, content creation (visual and copywriting), editorial calendars, partnerships, influencer activations, and supporting events with live social coverage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage up, down and cross-functionally
Develop and deliver informed strategic digital recommendations based on an understanding of best practices and competitive set
Manage all internal marketing functions and third-party resources
Supports directors in graphic presentations to win new business
Create strategic and creative plans and presentations on behalf of the company
Manage the creation of ongoing, comprehensive social media content calendars, including copy, suggestions for creative/visuals and calls-to-action
Demonstrates the ability to weave social strategy into PR plans for a compelling wholistic approach
Manage social accounts to ensure content is published and deliverables are met
Drive division marketing goals and plan strategy across social media channels, manage and update content calendars based on evolving client objectives, community feedback, industry trends, and opportunities
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Trusted internal advisor in relationship with decision-makers
Responsible for media/influencer relationships and networking
Oversee measurement reports as needed to demonstrate success and pivot
Maintain finger on the pulse of the latest social media tools, events, best practices and related news in the digital space
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with precise attention to detail
Ability to deliver an impactful and compelling presentation
Passion for digital and excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Extremely self-motivated, organized and reliable
Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building a team from the ground up and creating new systems, policies and company culture

Must be proficient in Google Programs
Has strong knowledge of real estate, hospitality, luxury, and travel industries, dependent upon client focus

Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, be flexible, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong editorial and writing skills in AP Style

Experience with content management systems and web publishing
Experience with Social/Digital listening, tools, approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting, etc.
Familiar with Hoot Suite a plus.
Excellent Customer Service skills
Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices, and procedures
Familiarity and passion for the latest trends and platforms in social and mobile
Familiarity and passion for the latest trends and platforms in social and mobile
Knowledge of digital PR and social marketing, with a deep understanding of how to create engaging experiences and articulate them through a multitude of social, digital and mobile channels.
Knowledge of paid media tactics and strategies and how they relate to and can help to amplify social media programs and campaigns.
Knowledge of influencer strategies, including outreach, local vs. media influencer approaches and media partnerships
Knowledge of social media marketing universe including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, wikis, blogs and all emerging platforms.
Self-directed, proactive, and independently capable of managing workload so deadlines are met
Flexible, able to work under pressure and changing priorities
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Programs and Canva
Commits to 5 days per week and hours sufficient to cover responsibilities to clients and teams.
Workday begins at 9 am Monday through Friday.


Bachelor Degree – Digital Marketing, Communications or Other related field
3+ years relevant experience
